September 2019 Nursing Industry Report [INFOGRAPHIC]

Our nursing industry data for September 2019 showed total active nursing jobs continue to increase, reaching 329,008 compared to 323,018 in August 2019. HealthCare Traveler Jobs had the most postings again with nearly 29,000 openings. Registered nurses (RNs) also remained the top career title in terms of active jobs and new jobs added.

Total nursing job seekers on iHireNursing went up to just under 800,000, with nurse assistants, RNs, and LPNs leading the way. We also welcomed ~2,000 new RNs to our site last month, as well as over 600 Directors of Nursing.
