August 2019 Nursing Industry Report [INFOGRAPHIC]

After taking a dip in July, the number of total active nursing jobs on iHireNursing bounced back to 323,018 in August 2019. There were also 331,011 new nursing jobs added to the site over the month. RN jobs accounted for more than half (184,951) of the new opportunities on iHireNursing last month and HealthCare Traveler Jobs was the top employer with 28,706 openings.

The amount of nursing job seekers on iHireNursing also increased in August with just under 7,000 registered users added over the course of the month. These new members represent a wide variety of nursing careers including CNAs, RNs, LPNs, home health aides, and nursing managers/supervisors.
