September 2019 Construction Industry Report [INFOGRAPHIC]

Our construction industry data for September 2019 showed slight declines in total active jobs as well as new jobs added compared to August 2019:

• 99,300 vs. 103,279 total active construction jobs
• 96,030 vs. 97,106 new construction jobs added

Of the new jobs posted last month, Electricians remained the most in-demand role. Tradesmen International also advertised the most openings (1,153 jobs).

The total number of construction job seekers on iHireConstruction went up to 1.36M with Project Manager/Construction Manager, Foreman/Supervisor, and Laborer as the most popular career titles. Additionally, nearly 6,000 laborers joined our site last month.
