Key Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Dispensing Optician, you will play a pivotal role in our patient's experience with us. You will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the sales floor alongside your co-workers, contributing to a positive and team based work environment, and consistently providing our patients with exceptional experiences.

• Guiding patients through the process of better vision utlizing the newest technology in frames, lenses, lens fleatures & contact lenses
• Assisting patients with frame selection and dispensing glasses and contact lenses to patients
• Ensuring visual acuity and troubleshooting any issues with prescriptions
• Utilizing a POS system to enter sales and eye insurance benefits accurately

Job Expectations:

• Experience in eye care and optical sales
• Willingness to continue a path of learning and discovery 
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient care
• Ability to perform general repairs on eyewear
