RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Assist patients with frame and lens selection
Measure, fit, repair, adjust, inspect and dispense glasses
Accurately order eyeglasses and contacts
Communicate effectively with optical  labs
Respectfully respond to patient questions and calls regarding orders
Meet with frame reps for the latest styles and information
Maintain the look of the Optical Area, including numerous optical displays

QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES

Attend to detail and multi-task
Use computers with confidence
Have the ability to interact positively and calmly with patients
Be respectful of and work well with co-workers and doctors
Be self-motivated, flexible and have a positive attitude
Solve issues in a calm and helpful manner
