Details:

The Plumber performs a wide variety of plumbing tasks, including inspection, upkeep and repair.

1st shift Position 6am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday. minimum over time. Great work life balance.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
One (3) year of experience in the commercial plumbing field required
Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license and you will go through a finger printing process

Preferred Qualifications:

Three (3) years of experience in the commercial plumbing field is preferred

Responsibilities:

Safely use hand and power tools to perform repairs, installations and maintenance according to building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and other construction professionals
Follow building plans and blueprints
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies as directed by the plumber or foreperson
Performs routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
Keep accurate records of work orders, detailed work progress, labor and materials

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
