Residential Construction Estimator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• To assist and coordinate with sales team

• To understand and create budgets and estimates for all remodeling and new construction.

• Write accurate, comprehensive and descriptive contracts that lead to successful, profitable construction projects.

• To thoroughly understand blueprints/drawings, scope of work and do take-offs.

• To secure bids from sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Work together with trades and vendors to ensure project profitability.

• To manage change orders

• To have an understanding of all pricing and templates and update regularly. 

• To understand and model our Core Values

Qualifications:

• 5 years’ hands-on experience in residential building and remodeling

• 1 year experience as a residential construction estimator.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize well.

• Must care about people, have great character and attitude, as well as enthusiasm and passion (Hint…These are HUGE with us!)
