We are seeking an RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions across various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in process analysis, solution design, and deploying bots using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C#), and familiarity with version control systems, JIRA, and Confluence is essential. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities are key to success in this role. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cloud platforms (such as Azure) would be a plus. Your future duties and responsibilities: Looking for an Automation Anywhere RPA Developer who has: Automation Development & Implementation Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using tools Automation Anywhere Process Analysis & Optimization Proficient in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and recommending solutions to streamline workflows. Stakeholder Collaboration Skilled at working with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and project managers, to align automation solutions with business goals. Scripting & Data Handling Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) and data manipulation using Excel, SQL, or similar tools to support automation processes. Tool Proficiency Familiarity with RPA tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite. Agile Methodologies Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with experience in managing backlogs, writing user stories, and participating in sprint planning. Testing & Validation Involvement in RPA testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure bots perform as expected and meet business requirements. Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize RPA solutions, addressing both technical and process-related issues. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on involvement in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions for enterprise-scale projects. Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, along with experience in scripting languages like Python, C#, or Java. Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, SQL, or other reporting tools to support automation processes and data-driven insights.
