Labor and Employment Paralegal - Tampa

Experienced paralegal needed for a fast-paced employee rights law firm in Tampa.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years’ experience, labor & employment law a plus
• Federal court motion practice and discovery expertise
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work in a team while being self-motivated
• Experience managing case deadlines independently

Responsibilities include drafting motions, managing discovery, conducting legal research, and supporting attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
