Family Law Paralegal

Wentz & Simon is currently seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join our team in Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547.  Candidates will be responsible for maintaining 80-100 family law cases.  This position has a flexible schedule, unlimited PTO when all cases are up-to-date, and $12,500 in bonus opportunities.  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain 80-100 family law cases
2. Assist attorneys with drafting pleadings and other legal documents
3. Draft financial affidavits and mandatory disclosures
4. Meeting with and comminicating with clients
5. Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw
6. Provide support in various areas of family law
