Superintendent, Commercial & Industrial Construction

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented construction professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee industrial and commercial site projects in Los Angeles, Riverside, & Orange County. Some out-of-state travel required.

Project Superintendent

This role requires a detail-oriented leader with industrial/commercial design-build experience. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing project budgets, cost reporting, and construction schedules.
• Ensuring adherence to architectural and space planning requirements.
• Managing on-site operations, subcontractors, and safety compliance.
• Maintaining clear communication with clients, project teams, and vendors.
• Ability to make adjustments on the fly and manage conflicts in a quick and safe manner. 
• Experience: 2-3 years in a superintendent role with a focus on industrial/commercial projects.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $80K - $120K (based on experience).
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with only a 5% employee contribution.
• Paid Time Off: 80 hours of accrued vacation in the first year.
