Project Manager, Industrial & Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial and commercial site projects in Los Angeles, Orange County and Riverside, with some out-of-state travel required.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has excellent communication skills, and an analytical and results-driven leader with a proven track record of successfully completed projects. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and managing project budgets, cost reports, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Implementing strong budget control measures and value engineering strategies.
• Reviewing architectural drawings, space planning, and equipment layouts.
• Developing vendor scopes, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines.
• Collaborating with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project required.
• Experience: 2-3 years in project management within industrial/commercial construction.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $110K - $140k (based on experience).
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with only a 5% employee contribution.
• Paid Time Off: 80 hours of accrued vacation in the first year.
