Small Business Saturday has come and gone, but hiring is a year-round effort for the 30.2 million and counting small businesses across the U.S. With today’s tight labor market and flourishing economy, these companies are experiencing growing pains – especially when it comes to recruiting and retaining employees who will help them remain competitive.
To better understand the most pressing small business recruiting challenges heading into 2020, iHire surveyed 258 HR, hiring, recruiting, and staffing professionals from U.S. companies with fewer than 500 employees.
