The number of new nursing jobs added to iHireNursing in December grew by nearly 40,000 from November’s numbers, rising from 381,624 to 418,157. This significant increase was driven primarily by demand for Home Health Aides and Nurse Assistants (CNAs) as well as the continuing need for Registered Nurses (RNs). There was also a substantial change in the amount of job postings that mention relocation assistance, which jumped from 0.05% in November to 2.74% in December.

The number of nursing job seekers looking for work on iHireNursing continues to grow, with nearly 20,000 candidates joining over the past month to bring the number of professionals searching for nursing careers to 739,684. CNAs continue to top the list of talent with more than 155,000 registered users with that title, followed by RNs (132,993), Licensed Practical Nurses (128,792), and Home Health Aides (64,394).
