3rd Shift Production Supervisor

Our client is a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, committed to delivering high-quality products to their customers. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with a strong background in food manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry and at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role. This position requires a hands-on approach, with approximately 90% of the time spent on the production floor, supervising a team of around 12 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees to enhance their skills and performance.
• Assist in production tasks as needed to support the team.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of experience in a production supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
