(CLINICAL & DRUG INFORMATION COORDINATOR)
$151,628.05 - $193,498.82 Annually
The Contra Costa Health Services Behavioral Health Division, in partnership with consumers, families, staff and community-based agencies, provides welcoming and integrated services for mental health, substance abuse and other needs that promote wellness, recovery and resiliency while respecting the complexity and diversity of the people we serve.
We are recruiting a permanent, full-time Pharmacist (Clinical and Drug Information Coordinator) position with a primary base in Martinez but will travel to regional clinics throughout the County. The position will be responsible for monitoring drug therapy for behavioral health clients, providing drug information, clinical consultation and various educational programs and in-services for health care providers. In addition, the selected candidate will prepare for and participate in EQRO, DHCS and other audits; perform quality assurance drug use evaluations; write policies and procedures related to medication administration, storage, transportation and disposal; and other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
License Required: Possession of a current, valid Pharmacist License issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy.
