Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.

• Engage with walk-in customers to explain energy product benefits and current promotions.

• Hit and exceed sales targets with confidence and enthusiasm.

• Maintain clean, organized displays and product materials.

• Participate in team meetings and product training sessions.

• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For:

• No experience? No problem! We’ll train the right person.

• A background in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus.

• Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

• Dependable and team-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours per shift.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Reliable transportation to and from assigned store locations.

• Must attend weekly team training (in person).

• Must wear required uniform and badge during all shifts.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
