About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated window washer to join our team in San Francisco. As a window washer, you will play an essential role in ensuring our clients' windows are spotless, streak-free, and sparkling clean. Your work will contribute to maintaining the aesthetic appeal of commercial and residential buildings throughout the city. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean windows, both inside and outside, using proper techniques and equipment.

• Ensure the safety of yourself and others while working at heights or in difficult-to-reach places.

• Remove dirt, dust, and stains from windows, frames, and sills.

• Use cleaning solutions and tools appropriately and efficiently to achieve streak-free results.

• Maintain a high standard of work quality and safety at all times.

• Communicate effectively with clients and report any issues or concerns regarding job completion or safety.

• Handle and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks based on client schedules.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in window washing or a similar field is preferred, but not required (training can be provided).

• Ability to work safely at heights, including using ladders, scaffolding, or lift equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Good physical condition and stamina to handle the physical demands of the job (climbing, lifting, bending, etc.).

• Reliable transportation to job sites within San Francisco and surrounding areas.

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings when necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate of $20-$25 per hour, based on experience.
