In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by acquiring new accounts, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the effective adoption of our software solutions. We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our remote sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by acquiring new accounts, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the effective adoption of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the behavioral health industry, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Prospect, qualify, and manage a pipeline of at least 50 new prospects weekly and conduct 20 sales calls daily to generate new business opportunities.
- Deliver at least 10 product demos weekly, showcasing the value and capabilities of our Opus EHR, CRM, and RCM solutions.
- Consistently close 10-15 new accounts per quarter, achieving a quarterly quota of $250K ARR (or $1M ARR annually).
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the market presence and grow the client base.
- Product Knowledge & Proficiency
- Attain expert-level proficiency in our Opus EHR, CRM, and RCM products to conduct compelling product demonstrations that address client pain points and highlight solution benefits.
- Stay updated on the latest product enhancements and industry trends to align sales strategies with customer needs.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a positive client experience from initial contact through onboarding and implementation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the sales process and addressing their unique challenges.
- Collaboration & Feedback
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and client success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and market trends to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
- Travel
- Participate in nationwide travel at least once a quarter and regional travel approximately once a month for client meetings and industry events.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with virtual sales tools.
- Familiarity with the behavioral health industry and an understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
Education & Experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, preferably within the HER, behavioral health or SaaS industry.
- Experience generating leads and closing deals through networking, referrals, and creative sales strategies.
- Expertise in utilizing CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions effectively.
