We’re Hiring: Marketing / Content Creator (Hybrid) – Beezle in Maryland

Beezle is expanding rapidly in Maryland and preparing to launch in new markets in high-growth markets. We’re on the lookout for a creative, driven, and highly organized Marketing / Content Creator to help us build buzz, launch new markets, and support our trade and field teams. This is a hands-on, hybrid role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Location: Hybrid – Based in Frederick, MD
Status: Full-time
Travel: Regular travel within Maryland, some travel to other states on a quarterly basis

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute digital content that reflects Beezle’s voice and connects with niche audiences

• Organize and activate brand events including pop-ups and cannabis related events

• Support Amber and the field/trade teams with in-store display setups and visual merchandising

• Drive brand awareness and consumer engagement across multiple platforms

• Assist with new market launches 

• Maintain and share a portfolio of previous content and event work

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong content creation skills (photo, video, social, copy)

• Experience in cannabis, lifestyle, or CPG industries is a plus

• Great communication and collaboration skills – team player energy

• Self-starter with excellent time management and project coordination

• Passion for cannabis culture, storytelling, and community engagement

• Willingness to travel quarterly and adapt to a hybrid work schedule
