Associate Attorney ( Hybrid / Remote )

Glaub Consulting LLC is hiring an Associate Attorney for a client in beautiful San Diego, CA 92108. This is a hybrid position, allowing for a mix of in-person and remote work.  All remote with some travel will be considered for the right candidate. 

Manage your own caseload under the supervision of a senior attorney while earning a base salary plus commission.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare legal briefs and documents
2. Conduct legal research and writing
3. Handle litigation cases
4. Conduct intake calls and depositions
5. Work on and argue various law and motion matters in court
6. Draft legal documents
7. Mediate and advocate for clients
8. Manage cases from start to resolution
9. Assist with scanning, filing, and documentation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree
• Experience in mediation, negotiation, and decision making
• Strong advocacy skills
• Active US Bar 
• Multilingual a plus

Base Salary: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
