Waterproofing Technician (Hybrid)

Join our team as a Waterproofing Technician in Minneapolis, MN 55407. This is a hybrid position that requires in-person work.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
2. Repair and maintain building systems
3. Utilize PLC programming for equipment
4. Follow lockout-tagout procedures
5. Handle plumbing and wiring tasks
6. Read and interpret blueprints
7. Use hand tools for carpentry and fabricating
8. Repair drywall and roofing as needed
9. Work on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
10. Perform automotive and general repairs
11. Adhere to personal protective equipment guidelines
