Key Role:

Coordinate and perform a variety of complex and routine administrative and secretarial duties with minimal supervision in compliance with written and verbal guidance and policies . Perform a full range of administrative services, including organizing a travel schedule and heavy calendar organization and management such as scheduling meetings, including understanding whether appointments should be scheduled with other team members, deconflicting competing appointments, and completing expense reports. Communicate with and assist the executive with managing and prioritizing the daily workload and adjusting for revised priorities, including preparing meeting materials, and maintaining continuity of the office and team in the executive's absence. Oversee, and in some cases, manage processes tied to compliance, annual summaries, budget s, onboarding staff, and other administrative activities. Pay strict attention to detail when composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines. Review and provide input on the team's corresp ond ence and documentation, prepare expense reports in compliance with policy , provide guidance to the executive, apply detailed knowledge of the company's operations, organizational procedures, and personnel, and serve as a point of contact with the other administrative and leadership teams. Leverage network and resources to accomplish objectives effectively, participate in or lead team initiatives, as needed, and take initiative to improve operations and office best practices within established guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a large, corporate environment
  • Experience managing an executive's calendar while simultaneously supporting the team, making domestic and international travel arrangements, and managing expense reports
  • Experience using Micro sof t Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to provide seamless support, be self-motivated, work independently, collaborate as part of a team to achieve business goals, and multitask independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to proofread for grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external senior-level executives and their assistants in a professional manner and be proactive in anticipating business and administrative needs
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience providing senior executive-level support in a management consulting firm
  • Experience with SharePoint site management
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,700.00 to $105,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
