Job Description

What will you do as a Facility Maintenance Technician? Perform work that involves the skills of a light craftsman, including operation of ATV, trucks and tractors while supporting snow/ice removal tasks. In the Facility Maintenance role, you will operate an ATV, trucks, and tractors to support snow/ice removal tasks; light carpentry skills to include the operation of electric hand tools and simple maintenance and troubleshooting of snow removal equipment.

Responsibilities:

Perform quality facility maintenance checks inside and outside of the facility

Ensure equipment has safety checks and is in proper working order

Assume responsibility for all after hours facility maintenance repairs and improvements

Good verbal and written communication with maintenance supervisor and staff

Ensure the facility is safe and secure

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience with masonry, plumbing; snow removal/large equipment, concrete

Flexible with your schedule to perform the duties required around

High School Diploma or GED OR post High School training in carpentry/maintenance

Possess a current Ohio Driver's License with a good driving record

Ability to work off hours, weekends /on call with a great attitude and willing to do what it takes

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
