DescriptionAcara Solutions is seeking an Electrical Quality Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this critical role, you will ensure the quality and performance of ultrasonic cleaning systems, working closely with production and engineering teams to meet and exceed customer specifications.What you'll do:Perform final tests and adjustments on ultrasonic cleaning systems to ensure proper operation before shipment.Collect and verify data to ensure products meet engineering design specifications, customer expectations, and company quality standards.Troubleshoot and repair products down to the electronic component level, including chip replacement on circuit boards.Ensure ultrasonic power outputs are within -20% to +10% requirements prior to approval for shipment (with Project Manager sign-off if out of specification).Conduct thorough inspections for non-conformities (e.g., dents, scratches) and ensure dimensional accuracy before final sign-off.Act as the last line of quality control to ensure products fully meet or exceed customer expectations.Perform other duties as assigned.What you'll get:Pay: $24-27/hr.Full-time, direct placement positionMonday - Thursday 6:30am-4:40pm (Fridays off or OT as needed)Job RequirementsRequirements:High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years of experience working with electrical and electronic components and wiring.Ability to read and understand oscilloscopes and volt/multimeters.Mechanical understanding of PLC-controlled automation, pneumatics, plumbing, and electrical systems.Proficiency in reading and working from electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic schematics.Strong understanding of technical specifications.Preferred Qualifications:Associates degree in ElectronicsFamiliarity with computers, databases, and common software programs.Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for working with internal teams and customers.Ability to calculate percentages, perform basic algebra, and create graphs or charts for presentations.Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
