You will be responsible for all aspects of digital content projects including landing pages, Product Detail Pages (main images, carousel images & enhanced feature content) as well as email & SMS, video, etc. This includes overseeing work with internal or external resources, managing the project workflow through briefs, kick-offs and releasing files for deployment. Will have a key focus on project management in the online project management system through project setup, managing reviews and approvals, as well as file release and archives. Additionally, you will support photo and video shoots, as well as be the team lead for asset management in the PIM and DAM.This position will work a hybrid model at of our headquarters in Marysville, OH!Key Responsibilities:* Responsible for managing all aspects of creative and production project workflows, including creation of project briefs, setting up projects in online workflow project management system, managing internal and external resources, establishing project plans, tracking budgets, costs and invoicing, asset collections, and routing deliverables through multiple departments. Also, responsible for file management for release/deployment of assets and file archive.* Manage project reviews/approvals by utilizing an online proofing portal - initiate and monitor routings, traffic for reviews & facilitate comments to appropriate team members and manage comment cleanup and feedback loops with creative and production resources. Proofread each round and ensure all changes are applied as required.* * Provide strategic and creative oversight on digital content projects with internal and external resources. Must be able to quickly understand editorial calendars, brand guidelines, business objectives and strategic storytelling to effectively communicate project goals and objectives through content briefs for execution. Also, be able to review creative rounds to ensure content meets expectations of the brief and manage feedback as needed.* Support asset management for photo shoots and manage archival of assets in the PIM and DAM with maintaining appropriate metadata and keywords, rights management, asset retirement, portals, etc.* Support content planning as needed with key cross-functional partners that lead the digital content strategy across various digital channels (owned & Retailer sites for product & landing pages, blogs, articles, apps, email, SMS, etc.) with key cross-functional partners like eCommerce, Digital, IT, Research, Analytics, etc.Requirements:* At least 3+ years of account, traffic, or project management experience in a relevant industry* Experience managing agency relationships and working with Creative teams* Experience working in Project Management Software, Proofing and Digital Asset Management tools* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Stock, etc.) a plus* Must be results-focused: possess a master level of project management with a proven ability to drive progress with competing and shifting priorities, setting and meeting deadlines, managing resources and budgets, ownership in deliverables, quality control, persistence in accomplishing goals for self and others at highest standards* High attention to detail, decision-making,Apply here:
