Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Line Cooks, Salad Station, Expeditors, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers to join our dynamic hospitality culinary team. As a member of our kitchen team, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen operations, ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work under the guidance of the Head Chef and collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of our busy kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for culinary arts, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere. Additionally, you will be responsible for adhering to food safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and working with fresh ingredients to create innovative and delectable dishes. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications.
  • Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all dishes before serving.
  • Help to cultivate a positive kitchen culture, fostering teamwork, collaboration, empowerment and friendliness
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and marinating.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Assist in the inventory management and ordering of ingredients as necessary. 

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant culinary role.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
