As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for keeping our machines clean and properly greased to extend their lifespan and maintain peak performance. Key Duties: Perform daily inspections to check for dirt buildup, leaks, or wear. Regularly grease all necessary components to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation. Keep equipment clean by removing dirt, mulch, and debris after each shift. Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately. Follow company maintenance schedules and best practices for machine care. A clean and well-maintained machine runs better, lasts longer, and helps keep the job site safe and efficient!

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Amenia, NY. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, stays focused on the task at hand, and is committed to efficiency and safety. You will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, including wheel loaders and excavators, to load trucks with mulch and produce high-quality topsoil.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate wheel loaders to load mulch onto trucks.
Use an excavator to process, mix, and manage topsoil production.
Maintain focus and attention to detail to ensure accurate loading and material handling.
Perform routine maintenance and daily inspections on equipment.
Keep the worksite clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Work closely with team members and truck drivers to maintain a smooth workflow.
Adapt to changing tasks and work conditions with a positive, can-do attitude.
