We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients, which include (but are not limited to) wellness and geriatric care, full-body digital radiography, ultrasounds, echocardiograms, endoscopy, complex dentistry with digital radiography, reproductive services, general and advanced surgery (to include orthopedics, bone plating, pinning, and more).

We’ve been dedicated to this since the clinic first opened over 50 years ago, and we continue to hold ourselves to the same high standards today. What we’ve built over the years is much more than a business. We are proud to have assembled a strong and dedicated staff, many of whom have been with the clinic for more than 20 years. Today, the staff includes three doctors, three technicians, and a support staff of over ten. While large for a veterinary clinic in Wayne County, doctors and staff alike suggest they are more like an extended family rather than a medical facility. This philosophy has rewarded the clinic with a large, stable client base. More importantly and especially in today’s modern age of mass media, most of the clinic’s new patients have been referred by an existing client. That’s an honor the clinic will never take for granted.

Dr. Mark Yacapraro is the best! He took care of my dog for the past 12 years. He and his staff do a remarkable job with the pets that come in there. Everyone was so friendly & kind, from the front desk and vet techs, to Dr. Craig. They were busy and it was loud in the waiting area, but no one was impatient or irritated. I am switching vets because I moved (and my previous vet is greatly missed), and Wooster Animal Clinic gave us great customer service.

Unless an extreme emergency I will always drive the 1 1/2 hours it takes me to get to your clinic. Dr. Mayne and staff are just wonderful!
