Delray Villas plat 4/5 is a 491 unit non-gated 55 plus community situated between Lake Ida Road and Via Delray, off of El Claire Ranch Road. We boast both single and duplex single story villas, situated on a lake, canal or another border.
The eleven member board of directors consists of full time residents who are charged with providing the services required. In order to maintain our HOA fee at a reasonable level, we are not gated nor do we employ a property manager.
