Potential is a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist individuals with autism in reaching their full educational, social, and emotional potential by applying and developing innovative evidence-based approaches. We are a small organization driven by our values and dedication to making meaningful changes in the lives of our clients. This means we work together as a team, collaborating to problem solve, supporting one another in all that we do, and remaining current with research guiding best practices in our field.

At Potential, you will enjoy being part of a close-knit team. We offer the opportunity for continuous professional development as well as clinical supervision and mentorship from teachers, who are also certified as BCBAs. You will further your education by attending training paid for by the organization and will have the opportunity to learn from leaders in the field of ABA
