CNC Operator Job Description As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Mills and Lathes. You will work from a set of prints to machine customer-specific parts and ensure the quality of these parts through meticulous inspection. The role primarily involves machining sheet metal using vertical Haas machines and performing light machine maintenance and troubleshooting. You will work with tight tolerances to deliver precision parts. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes. Machine customer-specific parts based on provided blueprints. Inspect the quality of machined parts. Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting of machines. Machine parts with tight tolerances. Essential Skills Experience in CNC setup, specifically with Mills and Lathes. Proficiency with CNC Mill and CNC Lathe operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience working with vertical Haas machines. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong troubleshooting skills. Experience in light machine maintenance. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Wednesday from 6am to 3:30pm, Thursday from 7am to 3:30pm, and Friday from 7am to 12pm, offering a half-day on Fridays. The facility is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
