Outside Sales Representative – Telecom (Houston, TX)

We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in door-to-door (D2D) telecommunications sales to join our fast-growing team in Houston. Experience with telecom providers such as Xfinity, AT&T, Spectrum, or similar is ideal but not required. Key Responsibilities
Territory Management: Execute face-to-face, door-to-door sales within assigned residential areas across Houston.
Client Engagement: Present and promote high-quality telecom services, addressing customer needs and objections.
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas using proven sales strategies.
Customer Communication: Leverage strong interpersonal and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills to build trust and close deals.
Team Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to new sales representatives. Share best practices and contribute to team success.
Career Growth: Demonstrate leadership capabilities and earn opportunities to advance into roles such as Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Outside Sales or D2D experience, preferably in telecom.
Familiarity with telecom providers such as Xfinity, AT&T, Spectrum, or similar (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Leadership mindset with a desire to grow within the company.
