Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
18 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Mississippi license or compact license (required after submission).
This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Additional Details:
Candidates who have 2+ years of experience, 3 days or less RTO and who can start on date posted in the position can be auto-offered.
Expanded IV Therapy certification thru MS is required.
Orientation Dates: 5/7, 5/21, 6/4 Only
Patient care modality: General med surg, weakness, COPD, respiratory failure.
IV insertions, Foley insertions. Vent types: Baxter IV Pump, Telemetry, Kangaroo Feeding Pumps, Omnicell med cabinet.
Strongly prefer 400+bed or level 2 trauma exp.
IVS to Interview/Mgr to Offer
No on call.
Weekend and holiday requirements: HCP will be scheduled based upon need.
No block scheduling. No self-scheduling.
Must not have worked perm/per diem at NMMC in the last 12 months.
Mask must be worn at all times, with the exception of mealtimes.
Orientations: Tupelo - Every Wednesday
Scrubs: Cobalt Blue (Not provided)
HCP is expected to maintain their contracted position at NMMC as the primary commitment above any other type of work.
1st week does not have guaranteed hours. All compliance docs due 7 days before start date.
