Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT - Outpatient

Shift : Days / 7a-5p, 10x4, 40 hrs per week

Length : 16 weeks

4-10 work schedule, with a Tues, Wed or Thursday off, Fridays we close by 430pm. Closed weekends and holidays

Requirements:

• AZ is part of the PT Compact privilege states
• 2 years recent experience in an outpatient setting
• AHA BLS
• Comfortable with MER documentation - Meditech
• Graduate of an APTA approved four year bachelors degree program, or foreign equivalent
• Education/experience serving people with physical disabilities preferred

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
