Asphalt Construction Estimator

Superior Asphalt, Inc. is currently seeking to fulfill 3 Asphalt Construction Estimator positions in Marion, Lake and Hernando County. As a Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in our construction projects by providing accurate estimates and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate bids and estimates for construction projects
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and other documentation
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop cost-effective solutions
• Manage change orders and ensure all project changes are documented and communicated
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and site visits to assess project requirements

Job Requirements:

• Experience in highway construction and estimating
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, B2W, and other construction software
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scope development, and take-offs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
