If you are passionate about helping students succeed, join us as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) . In this role, you will support occupational therapists in providing therapy services to students with developmental or physical challenges in a school setting.

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-regulation abilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to adapt learning environments and recommend assistive devices or strategies for student success.
• Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings to update goals and treatment plans as needed.
• Prepare therapy materials and ensure equipment is clean and organized for use during sessions.

• The role is based in schools where COTAs work with children from preschool through high school age.
