Blue Oak Insurance Agency in Springfield, IL, is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual with a Property and Casualty License who excels in sales and customer service.

Top Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients
2. Answer inbound calls, quote through various carriers
3. Close and Bind policies

Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty License required (We will license the right individual)
• Experience in insurance sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
• Personal Lines experience a plus
