JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the entire HR operation to establish and enhance compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Manage budgeting for HR functions, including payroll, onboarding, and development programs
  • Maintain open communication with members of leadership regarding any issues, questions and/or concerns that need clarification or need to be addressed
  • Develop KPIs to measure the performance of the HR processes
  • Bring new ideas to leadership to further enhance a positive work environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our employee morale
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR policies with the companys strategic goals
  • Conduct market analysis, analyze organizational trends, and oversee recruitment and retention efforts to effectively and efficiently source and select top healthcare talent
  • Implement training and professional development programs to enhance staff growth and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive employee success
  • Displays strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist employees with HR-related concerns
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain current knowledge and application of all relevant laws and regulations at the local, state, and national level relating to employment and ensure organizational compliance
  • Foster a positive work environment, and assist with resolving disputes, and managing employee-employer communication

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience managing HR functions across several locations
    • Proven ability to implement structure and improve workplace culture
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices
