We’re partnering with a well-regarded financial institution that’s looking to bring on a Compliance Manager to oversee day-to-day compliance operations and help ensure adherence to federal and state banking regulations. This is a critical role within a collaborative team, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is ready to step into a leadership seat.

Title: Compliance Manager

Location: On-site in Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: Up to $180k in base + Benefits

What we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of banking regulations (BSA/AML, OFAC, CRA, consumer compliance, etc.)

• Experience developing, maintaining, and monitoring compliance programs

• Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally with internal teams and regulators

• Prior experience in a bank or credit union setting strongly preferred
