What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
• Managing plant budgets and optimizing cost control measures.
• Leading and developing a team of plant employees to achieve performance goals.
• Collaborating with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Competitive base salary $107,270-$143,023 and participation in our annual incentive plan.
