This executive assistant will support the litigation and government affairs divisions. This individual will coordinate the daily administrative needs of executives, as well as the main administrative aspects of the department.

This position requires a wide variety of executive administrative functions at a high level of performance, accuracy, dependability, confidentiality and a thorough knowledge of the organization, operation of the company, and office routine.

In this primarily office-based role, you will be expected to spend at least 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from the National Headquarters in Madison, WI.

Position Compensation Range:

$25.00 - $40.86

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for leaders, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for travel-related meetings; and scheduling and coordinating meetings internally and/or with vendors
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the leader, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral or response.
Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the leaders office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
Work closely and effectively with the leader(s) keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
Demonstrated skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
Demonstrated experience in administrative work and general office administration.
Keyboarding/typing ability of 25 WPM.
Solid knowledge and experience of PC and product software.
