Enterprise Architect

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise Architect to join our team in McLean, VA .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and manage the customers business, Information Technology (IT), application, and data architecture
• Plan, develop, and execute the customers Enterprise Architecture (EA) solution strategy, consistent with security guidelines and EA industry standards
• Provide technical analysis and advice on application and operational environments, functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation
• Facilitate and participate in business and IT alignment through stakeholder collaboration, driving digital business strategies
• Analyze business and operating models, market trends and the technology industry to determine their potential impact on the customers enterprises business strategy, direction, and architecture
• Validate IT infrastructure and other reference architectures for adherence to security guidelines and procedures and recommend changes to enhance security and reduce risks
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in a technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM))
• 7+ years serving as an Architect Lead or similar work leading platform-based technology strategy or solution delivery
• Experience with delivery frameworks, such as Agile, DevSecOps, and integrated Human-Centered Design
• Experience in end-to-end solution development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Expertise in cloud services supporting identity management, microservice and event-driven architectures and modern data architectures
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees and certifications are desired (e.g., TOGAF, Open CA, Zachman Certified Architecture)
• Understanding of the Government program management and acquisition framework and System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) highly preferred.
• Delivery experience in enterprise-scale software and data platforms for Government agencies
  

Clearance Requirements:

• TS/SCI with polygraph
  

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
