Responsibilities:Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is currently seeking to fill the position of Financial Analyst to join our growing Corporate Team in Bensalem, PA!
Position Summary
- Identification of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive a particular General Ledger (GL) account and incorporation of the KPIs into financial analysis and modeling
- Query and analyze data for trends that impact the three financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to support operational performance tracking. Provide ad hoc analysis and research as input to data management and process improvement initiatives. Incumbent will have the ability to highlight trends and patterns to identify and communicate potential opportunities and issues to management.
- Identify, develop and implement automated solutions for analysis through use of Excel (pivot tables, macros) and other tools
- Assist the sales team with any requests to gather data for new business opportunities and contract negotiations.
- Develop an understanding of the billing process and types in coordination with the Accounts Receivable team to make sure we are properly billing customers according to their contract
- Design and maintain reports and analysis in Microsoft Excel, and other business analysis software.
- Manipulate large data files (e.g., Excel, etc.) to identify trends, make business recommendations, and to provide data extractions to operations management.
- Pro-actively contribute to the data management process through effective data research and analysis.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional project teams with a focus on improving data quality reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
- Create analytical presentations and communication of strategic business findings to management.

Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 3-5 years industry experience, MBA preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and data management skills. Ability to digest vast amounts of data, manipulate it, and identify correlations through a variety of statistical techniques
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel (macros, indexing, pivot tables, etc.)
- Proficiency in technology tools such as Qlikview, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.
- Strong ERP experience, Workday preferred
- Proven ability to distill large amounts of data into analysis that can be easily interpreted by management.
- Ability to work independently and accurately with a high regard to attention and detail
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and successfully meet all deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
