Accounting Manager

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle accounting functions, including revenue recognition, reconciliations, and monthly/annual financial reporting

• Prior experience working with a Medicare Advantage or health plan provider is preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general ledger systems (QuickBooks or similar software)

• In-depth understanding of GAAP and the ability to apply it in complex, real-world situations

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners

• Proven ability to manage monthly close processes, audit prep, and regulatory financial statement filings

• CPA license preferred
