As a Manufacturing Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Having accountability for Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement in assigned area(s).

• Developing and mentoring all levels of the production supervision staff. Drives operator engagement throughout assigned areas and encourages problem solving at all levels of the organization.

• Providing leadership for assigned operations by fostering cross-functional teamwork, a continuous improvement mindset, a culture of compliance, and communicating values and goals of the organization to site employees.

• Work closely with Value Stream Leaders and provide connection to the site production operations.

• Actively participating in Plant Operating Committee.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited institution and seven (7) years of combined experience in Manufacturing and/or Technical Services in a private, public, government, or military environment.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or other related field.

• Five (5) years of medical device and/or healthcare manufacturing experience.

Work location: Onsite Brookings, SD

Travel : May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
