An established and highly respected All-Star Cheerleading Program in New England is seeking a dynamic and experienced High-Level Cheerleading Coach to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate cheerleading professional to contribute to a thriving program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching Excellence: Lead advanced-level practices, develop innovative choreography, and oversee skills training to maximize team performance at local, regional, and national competitions.
• Mentorship and Culture Building: Foster a positive, disciplined, and supportive environment for athletes, serving as a mentor and role model both on and off the mat.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with leadership to enhance program offerings, identify areas for growth, and implement strategies for long-term success.
• Operations Support: Assist with scheduling, communication, and program logistics to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Recruitment and Engagement: Drive recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build relationships within the cheerleading community.
• Safety and Standards: Maintain the highest levels of safety, professionalism, and sportsmanship across all aspects of the program.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in competitive cheerleading at a high level (all-star, collegiate, or equivalent).
• Expertise in choreography, advanced stunting, tumbling, and team-building techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire athletes and work collaboratively with families and staff.
• Experience in coaching, program coordination, or managing cheerleading operations is preferred.
• Passionate about athlete development, both in skill and character, with a focus on fostering a supportive and inclusive team culture.
