Participant Service Representative - UT / AZ

We have been providing 401(k) Third Party Administration services for over 19 years. Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and emails from 401(k) plan participants
• Process and track participant requests
• Processing mail and incoming account deposits
• Assisting our Plan Administrators in the ongoing administration of qualified retirement plans
• Complete other projects assigned by Director or Supervisor

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience
• Call center experience preferred**
• Confident general computer skills
• Organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivation
• Positive ambitious attitude
• Payroll and/or retirement plan experience preferred, but not required.
