Registered Dental Hygienist

We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. We have an opening in located in Athol and Gardner, Massachusetts.

As a Dental Hygienist, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive cleanings and prophylaxis for patients of all ages.
• Conducting initial patient assessments, including health history and charting.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of good oral health.
• Taking and developing X-rays.
• Applying fluoride treatments and sealants.
• Assisting in the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Providing post-treatment instructions and care guidance.
• Ensuring the sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.
• Collaborating with the dental team to deliver the highest level of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Massachusetts.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
