The Acute Care Pharmacy Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing pharmacy operations within an inpatient hospital setting. Responsibilities include managing a team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, ensuring the safe and efficient distribution of medications, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. The Acute Care Pharmacy Supervisor collaborates closely with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes through medication management and therapy review. Additional duties involve developing and implementing pharmacy policies, conducting staff training, and ensuring quality control.

What's Needed to Succeed:

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited organization, or PharmD highly preferred!
• Current New York State NYS Pharmacist license or ability to obtain
• Progressive leadership experience in an inpatient pharmacy setting highly desirable
